Terms and Conditions

1. Your buddy, your account

You may create one personal buddy per account and must provide accurate details (name, contact, and a chosen buddy name).

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

Use AaiBuddy for lawful, personal purposes only. Do not use it to harass, deceive, infringe others' rights, or generate unlawful content.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

3. Preview service “as is”

AaiBuddy is offered during an early preview and may change, pause, or be discontinued. Features can shift and occasional interruptions are expected.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from preview use.

4. Billing, plan changes and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as a recurring monthly subscription in advance, processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices, limits, promotional codes and invoices are shown to you — including on the Stripe payment page — before any charge applies, and every invoice is available to view and download from the Billing tab.

You can change plans at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep your current plan until then.

You can cancel a paid plan yourself at any time from the Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then — and you can resume before that date. We may also offer to update your saved card through our payment provider's secure billing portal.

Refunds: because upgrades are prorated and downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, charges already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@aaibuddy.com.

5. SMS / text messaging

When you sign up, you enter your mobile number on the AaiBuddy sign-up form and request a one-time verification code. By doing so, you consent to receive transactional text messages from AaiBuddy — one-time passcodes (OTP), welcome messages, and account or security notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional texts to this number.

Message frequency depends on your activity; you generally receive a message only when you request a code or perform an account action. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can stop receiving these texts at any time by replying STOP; note that opting out may prevent you from completing phone verification or receiving security codes. For any questions about our messaging, contact support@aaibuddy.com.

6. Changes & ending

We may update these Terms; material changes will be highlighted and a new version date recorded against your acceptance.

You can stop using AaiBuddy and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
