What we collect

Account details you provide: first and last name, country code and phone, email, and your chosen buddy name.

Service data needed to run your buddy: the products you connect, usage events for billing, and the insights your buddy surfaces for you.

How we use it

To create your buddy, secure your account, show your dashboard and billing, and improve the service.

We send transactional messages (welcome, verification codes, password resets) to the email or phone you provide.

Mobile information

When you provide your mobile number, we use it solely to send transactional text messages such as one-time verification codes, welcome messages, and account or security notifications. We do not send marketing texts.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers and carriers strictly necessary to deliver these messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Connected products

When you connect a product, we store only a reference to credentials held in a secrets manager — never the raw tokens themselves.

You control which products are connected and can disconnect any of them from the portal at any time.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us at support@aaibuddy.com. Deleting your account removes your personal details.

We retain only what we need for the service and legal obligations, then remove it.
